A good performance by the PedalPushers team in the latest circuit race at Darley moor for Elite/1/2/3 riders. With the usual cold wind blowing across the exposed motor bike race circuit near Ashbourne the team were pushing the pace up from the start with Peter Cocker initiating a break of 4 riders which pulled out and held a 30 second lead for the first 12 laps. Eventually 11 more riders joined them including Peters teammates Harry Browning, Steve Young and Karl Baillie with the rest of the field now out of contention. All further attacks were neutralised until with 5 laps to go professional Tom Bustard (Node 4 Giordana) attacked opening up a 10 second lead before Cocker jumped across the gap and with his teammates controlling the group they pulled out to almost a minute lead. With a mile to go Bustard managed to open a small gap which he held to the finish with Cocker 2nd. In the chasing group sprint Baillie finished well for 6th, with Young not far behind in 10th and Browning 13th
