A busy weekend of racing for the McAndrew family.
 First up on Saturday was Robert McAndrew who qualified to ride in the GHS 10 Mile TT, this is for the fastest school children in Great Britain.  The course was relatively local on the 6 Hills course near Leicester.  Robert rode strongly finishing 3rd in his age category with a time of  27:32
 On the Sunday it was the National Circuit Championship over 33 kilometres, this was on a very rolling course near Loughborough.  With 2 laps of the circuit to race on, the hills take their toll second time round.
 Robert McAndrew won his age category with a time of 57:48 averaging over 20 mph on a very hard course.
 Next up was Jennifer McAndrew whose previous win in the  National 25 mile TT, put her as the favourite on the day.  Jennifer didn’t disappoint blasting around the course, 40 seconds up on her rival after one lap, and winning the event with a time of 53:01 nearly 2 minutes faster then her nearest rival, and was crowned the National Circuit Champion.  The woman’s event was again won my Dame Sarah Storey. Jennifer’s time would have been could enough for 6th in the women’s race.
