The Witham Wheelers Fan Club travelled to Louth last Sunday to watch the Louth Cyclo Cross run by Arrow Cycles,at Hubbards Hills.
Leaving Grantham in thick fog they emerged into sunshine at Horncastle showcasing a colourful landscape of rolling hills and brilliant Autumn reds and golds of the trees.

The Clubs first contender Robert McAndrew rode in the Youth group to take 3rd place.Shane Norton of Sherwood Pines/Sram won the event.
Jessica East rode to a creditable 21st position and 5th placed girl in the Under 12 group.Alex Galpin of Bourne Wheelers won the event.
Sean East and Neil Sentance were the two rider supported by us in the Veteran Event.Sean was placed 28th.Neil had mechanical problems on the start line and had to change a wheel.He did well to finish in 32nd place.Winner was Graham Clark Ellmore Factory Racing
Jenny McAndrew rode in the Ladies section alongside the Senior Males.It was her first event for a year and finished 5th Lady despite the heat affecting her breathing.David Fletcher Pine Cycles/Felt won the event.
