A 17 mile Time Trial was held as a break from the 10 mile league, taking place over 2 laps of a circuit from Hungerton to Croxton Kerrial and back to Hungerton via Saltby.
John Pilgrim was quickest in 37.48 just 17 seconds ahead of Junior Karl Baillie (PedalPushers) returning to fitness after a recent crash with Karl Hunt 3rd in 38.25. Adam Egner was first schoolboy in 40.46 good enough for 7th overall and Heid Moulds first lady in 56.06.
Next Tuesday 29th its a return to the 10 mile league, sign on by around 6.30 at the cricket club on Gorse Lane, all welcome.
The following night Wednesday 30th its circuit racing at the Fulbeck Kart Track Stragglethorpe, as part of the Tour De France celebrations with events for all Youth riders starting at 6.30 from the complete novice to the experienced racer. See Witham Wheelers club web site for more details.
