Another good week for the 3rd 10 mile time trial with 46 riders and the rain clearing away to leave a cool dry evening and an easterly breeze slowing riders into the first turn, but there were still 9 personal bests on the evening.
Junior Karl Baillie was quickest on the night by  25 seconds from John Pilgrim who made a 23 second improvement  with John Pilgrim back in third on 24.07.
The ladies competition is also hotting up with lara Thornhill just edging in fron of Jenny McAndrew by 45 seconds.
On handicap a great improvement by Carol Milne finally showing the benefits of a hard winters training with a 38 second personal best  just in front of Charlie Blow improving again in only his third week and Dan Moore in third another rider in his first season.
In the veterans competition Martin Milne just got the better of Rick Yates by 3 seconds with Gary Symons a little further back.
Next Tuesday 29th its the 4th round of the 10 mile league first rider at 6.45, sign on by 6.30 at the Cricket Club on Gorse lane all welcome.
