The onset of holiday season and some blustery winds saw a reduced field competing in week three of the Witham Wheelers 10 mile Time Trial on Tuesday evening. The conditions meant no PBs and no rider managed to improve their time from last week but there were some excellent performances none-the-less. Fastest over the line once again was Karl Baillie in a time of 22:54. Matthew Kingston-Lee, Matthew Broad and Henry Gould continued a close rivalry in 2nd, 3rd and 4th respectively with only seven seconds separating all three. Louise George was once again fastest female in 27:39. Joshua Hemmings was fastest youth in 29:39, only 12 seconds down on his previous best, set in much better conditions. Special mentions also to Julie Clark and Vicki Saffaris for losing the least time to the wind compared with last week!
